Organizations can use the bio-based content certification scheme to demonstrate the (minimum share of) bio-based content in their products and label them with this claim. The process for being granted a certificate is described in the certification roadmap. Certification audits are performed by certification bodies that have entered into agreement with NEN. Samples shall be analysed by recognized testing laboratories.
